You're The Director; Write Your Script.

Don't be affected by dogma. This is living under the thoughts and choices of those who surround you. Your friends and loved ones may think that you shouldn't chase your wild dreams, but only you know what you're truly capable of accomplishing. With the right mindset, work ethic, habits, and perseverance you truly can create anything you set your mind to.

Everything seems impossible until it's done. Turn your dreams into goals and turn your goals into achievements. Become so good at what you do that people can't take their eyes off of you. Master your talents and practice patience. Remember the five p's: proper preparation prevents poor performance. Every master was once a beginner. You have to be willing to suck at something in order to become great at it. Failure is a good thing, you must be willing to accept some losses to eventually sincerely appreciate your wins. When you work your ass off towards something - when you give your all; blood, sweat, and tears - it feels so much more rewarding when you win. Always know your why.

Why do you do what you do?

Having desire is never enough. You can't only be in this for the money, titles, or trophies. You have to remember why you started. You have to keep the same desire, passion, optimism, and belief in yourself for life. Never be satisfied. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Your pain will push you to your destiny. Learn from your mistakes.

I've been to jail in the past. I have suffered from jealousy issues, anger problems, many addictions, insecurities (including severe body dysmorphic disorder) and have even inflicted self harm in the past. I didn't let my past define me though. I learned from my mistakes. I let it all build my character instead of drowning in my past. The most successful people don't usually have the best past. But, they don't let their past define them. They persevere always. Don't chase people, fame, fortune, or materialistic items. Instead, focus on becoming the absolute best man or woman you can be. Then, all of those things will chase you.
